Gear Pitch circle diameter and base circle diameter calculation

Pitch circle dia (PCD) and base circle diameter (BCD) calculation.

Put value of angle (PA and HA) in Decimal only (i.e. 15 deg 30 min = 15.5).

    would be helpfull if column E would be visible as well as the meanings of Z, Mn,PA, and HA
